Waterpool very clean, have 3 baths with difference water temperature. By my feeling, it more than 30 degree and pool working and in winter too. I think is cool - warm water and frost air :) On territory working free Wi-Fi, have infrastructure for your usability, it's ok. Waterpool cost 5 Lari for person.
